Bánh Kẹp Tàn Ong - món ăn vặt thơm ngon, lạ miệng, rất dễ làm tại nhà. Hiện nay, món bánh kẹp này rất khó tìm mua nên mình đã thử cách làm bánh kẹp tàn ong đơn giản tại nhà, sử dụng khuôn nướng, nướng bằng thủ công, tạo hình hoa văn rất đẹp mắt. Bánh giòn rụm, thơm lừng mà không hề ngán luôn, thử cách làm bánh kẹp này đi, sẽ không làm bạn thất vọng đâu.
Cách làm bánh kẹp tan ong đơn giản: Đập trứng gà vào tô, thêm đường trắng vào, đánh đều. Tiếp theo, cho 150gr bột mì, 20gr bột năng, 1 ống vani, 50ml nước vào, khuấy đều đến khi hỗn hợp làm bánh kẹp sánh, mịn.
Cách làm bánh kẹp nướng khuôn thủ công: Làm nóng khuôn nướng bánh kẹp trên bếp lửa, quết đều dầu ăn vào. Múc hỗn hợp làm bánh kẹp tàn ong đổ vào, tráng mỏng bánh, ép chặt 2 bề mặt khuôn bánh lại. Bánh kẹp nướng trên bếp than khoảng 4-5 phút. Lật ngược khuôn bánh lại, nướng thêm 1 phút để bánh chín hẳn.
Lấy bánh kẹp tan ong nướng chín ra khỏi khuôn, để bánh nguội là có thể thưởng thức rồi. Cách làm bánh kẹp tàn ong đơn giản, nguyên liệu rẻ tiền và dễ tìm. Do đó, thay vì mua quà vặt ngoài tiệm, sao bạn không thử cách làm bánh kẹp nướng đơn giản này cho các bé bi nhà mình nào.
