Tiếp kế cho trứng đã luộc và bóc vỏ rồi vào nồi cùng với 5 trái ớt hiểm đỏ. Để lửa riu riu cho phần nước trong nồi thịt cạn 1/3 so với lượng nước ban đầu thì tắt bếp.
