Cho thơm, đầu hành, hành củ tím vào xào cho thấm gia vị, nêm 1 thìa cà phê bột tỏi,1 thìa cà phê bột gừng hoặc vài lát gừng tươi, 1 thìa cà phê bột gà,1/2 thìa cà phê bột ngọt, 3 thìa cà phê đường
1 thìa cà phê dầu mè,1 thìa canh giấm,cho ớt chuông vào ngot nước và màu sắc, Pha 2 thìa cà phê bột bắp với 3 thìa canh nước hoà tan tạo độ sệt
Vớt gà đã chiên vàng cho qua chảo gia vị, trộn đều và rắc hành lá,cho ra dĩa ăn nóng mới ngon vì vậy làm sốt để sẵn khi nào ăn làm nóng rồi mới trộn gà.
